We don’t have return/refund policy. Though if the product reaches you damaged ,we can arrange a site visit and repair the damage(if its within Delhi) .For the places outside Delhi we will get the product replaced. Also ,exchange is only available in the case of damage and not on the basis of liking . Please note that the design of product can vary 10-15% from the catalogue image as all our products are photographed with lighting & edited for clarity and are hand crafted traditionally by our workers . This may result in minor variations in color & design due to lighting/editing effect which should not be considered as defects. . If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported as and when it is delivered and shall be processed only after submitting an opening video of the furniture.
